Arrived early, owner acted like he was too busy to interview someone. Kept getting told I would be seen and ended up waiting over 45 minutes. No pre-determined questions, he just was asking questions on the fly, very disorganized...just like they run the company. The rest of the interview was selling me on the company and magazines they have been mentioned in and how much growth they are seeing...it's a really good pitch but bad experience working so far.
