Initial screening through an agency, call with Head of Product to assess background and competency, then a face to face interview with a range of people including devs who joined remotely. There was an on-the-day up front prioritisation task that was challenging in the time available.

The interview questions were a little lite, and compared to other interviews could have been better prepared and thought through. There were questions on prioritisation and dealing with difficult members of the team.
