I applied online and received an email the next day asking me to schedule an interview using their online interview scheduler. The next available interview wasn't for 11 days. I chose 4:00. The day of the interview I showed up 10 minutes early and waited in the designated seating area. There were 2 other girls there who also had a 4:00 interview so i assumed it was a group interview. it wasn't. Then one of the ladies came out and lead me into the back office to begin the interview. The interview was really laid back and the lady was nice. She asked me basic interview questions that she was reading off of a piece of paper. In the end she told me that their holiday department isn't opening until next week and that she will "bench my application". She told me they will start calling people back next week once it opens. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time. What's the point of holding interviews only to say "we'll call you"?
