Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Macy's (Eugene, OR) em ago. de 2012
Entrevista
I applied for the job online and recieved an email asking me to schedule for an interview the next day. I scheduled my interview for two days later. When I went into Macy's I only had to wait for a few minuted before my interview.
The woman who interviewed me was very nice and overall I think the interview went very well. She asked me maybe ten questions. The questions were things like: Why do you want to work here? How would you get someone to apply for a credit card? How would you sell someone jeans? How would you get them to buy more than just jeans? How would you celebrate the purchase with the customer? Tell me about a time when a co worker was dishonest... etc. After the interview she went over my answers from the online questioniare.
After my interview she said that she wanted to put me in sales because she thought I would do very well. She said that they did not have any opening as the time (she even double checked this) and that I would be put on a "bench list". The woman told me that I would be getting a call as soon as they drop shifts for fall and they have openings.
Overall the interview was very easy, just remember to smile and be honest.
Hopefully I will be getting a call about the job soon!
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Macy's (Santa Barbara, CA).
Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
