First, I met with Macy's at my university's career showcase. Then, if you get a callback the interview is 2 parts-- (all in one day!). One portion is a behavioral interview (tell me a time when...) and the other portion is one where they give you actual statistics on employees and what you would do in that situation (more of a situational feel). Be prepared to speak a lot because this interview is really all about YOU, not really about Macy's or company culture.
