Very simple over the phone interview, then in person paper work at the store with designated area of computers used to train associates. You watch a least 5 hours of videos to train yourself in your role.

It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.

Once you have applied, the manager would call you and arrange a interview date. Either the Manage or People Leader would conduct the interview. It's just a few questions. Once they see you are a worthy candidate, they will discuss your availability and have you sign forums to complete the interview and move on to training.
