The interview is a 3 step process pretty easy first one is with the head boss its very brief questions like Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here etc... then I got a call back and make sure you stay positive! second interview is pretty my a job shadow day you go out job shadow them and see if you like it then you go over commission base salary then end the day with the third interview you get interview by the hiring manager they ask you about how did you like it do you feel it is a good fit you fill out a review they read it and ask of you have any questions etc etc... pretty straight forward really so if they feel like you are a good fit and if YOU LIKE IT because it is commissions then awesome and you get trained and you do get paid your trainer makes sure they will share their own commissions if you dont make a sale single handedly which is fair
