I applied to Mahaffey and waited about a week before I reached out to the recruiter. Once I spoke with her, I was sent a cultural index form. Two days after I took the survey, the recruiter called and explained the position and what it entails. She asked me which days I was available to interview and told me she'd call me back after checking the executives schedule. Two business days later I sent her a follow up email asking about the upcoming interview. She then immediately calls me to tell me that my interview was scheduled for the day before but I never showed up. I explained to her that she told me she would call me back but never did. She told me that we had set a time/date while on the first phone call--which we didn't. She continued to give responses that made it clear she was not going to own up to her mistakes.... I basically got thrown under the bus by someone who couldn't admit to a simple mistake.
