Applied via Indeed. HR called me to set up a video interview. Spoke with two individuals for the interview. The 2nd person was late to joining the interview and did not turn on their camera, but asked a lot of questions in a roundabout way about my work situation whether it was remote or not. Then confirmed that the role is hybrid where I would WFH twice a week. It would've been nice if they would've addressed that in the job description and at the beginning of the interview since I was located 2 hours from Brooklyn. They seem desperate to hire someone though. It was an awkward end to the interview and no follow up.
