Mainly the interview revolved around my experience with managing application migrations from physical to virtual hosting platforms and especially the people skills and attention to detail required during these often complex and lengthy projects.

As a had extensive experience in performing complex migrations and could demonstrate I had completed these successfully, the other key contributing factor was to assess if there was a klick on a personal level and whether I would be a good fit within the existing team.
