Met with Senior VP of Growth. He didn't ask me those stupid questions I was always getting at interviews "what are your strengths? what are your weaknesses? describe a situation where you had to make quick decision." He wanted to focus on my creative talents and what my potential would be to help the company. It was a refreshing experience.
