One of the most disappointing and unprofessional hiring experiences I’ve ever had. After three exhausting rounds of interviews and submitting every document for background verification, the HR suddenly dropped a “probation with low salary” condition something that was never mentioned before. This is nothing short of manipulation and a complete waste of a candidate’s time. It shows zero integrity and absolute disregard for transparency or ethics. If this is how they treat people before hiring, I can’t imagine how badly they must treat employees once they join. Think twice before trusting them with your time or effort.
