I found the interview process to be efficient. It started with a prescreening interview, followed by a longer interview with the hiring team. The main interview covered my previous work experience, behavioral questions, and scenario-based questions related to disability case management. The interviewers also explained the role, expectations, onboarding process, and a potential start date. My main criticism is the lack of follow-up after the interview process. I never received any communication informing me that I was not selected for the position. Even more confusing, my application status remained "In Process," which gave the impression that a decision had not yet been made. A simple rejection email or status update would have been appreciated and would have provided candidates with closure. Improving communication throughout the hiring process would create a much better experience and prevent applicants from being left guessing or waiting indefinitely.
