I applied for a HR Manager position with the National Association of Home Builders .The interview process moved the final round quickly; however after multiple follow up emails to the recruiter, I was never contacted by her as to the status of my candidacy. As a HR professional of many years, outreach to a candidate whether they are selected or not while to some it may be a courtesy; it is top tier and reflection of the an organization’s values.
