I have worked at the Ritz-Carlton for 3 years now. I had coworkers who had done the Voyage Program and I knew that I had to get into this program as a Hospitality major. I started attending the info sessions right before my college career fair. I got an interview the very next morning. 2 weeks later I was told that I would be attending the regional event in Tampa, FL. There were around 116 college students and recent grads hoping to get a position. We attended sort of an orientation and had a panel question session with current voyagers. Later that night we had a networking dinner with tons of executives and directors or various Marriott properties. These people were the people you would be interviewing the very next morning. 2 person panel interview using the STAR interview process. I was contacted a week and a half later saying that I was accepted into the program.
