First I was screened with general questions over the phone by a very nice woman. After the phone screening I was told that my information would be forwarded to the hiring managers and they would let me know if I would be brought in for an in-person interview. I was called the next day for an in-person interview and it was scheduled for the following week. The in-person interview was conducted by two women and it was very interactive. They used the "CAR" system for the interview. Overall it was a very positive experience.
