I applied online, 3 days after that they called me and invited for the interview, after that I had two interviews, each of which I was asked some general and more specific questions, for example: What are your strenth? Have you ever deal with conflict situations? What would you last employer say about you?

Two in person interviews, 20- 30 minutes each and relatively basic interview questions. How would you greet a customer, how would you describe hospitality, ect. One interview was with the manager and the second interview was with the GM and assistant GM.

Straight forward and quick. The process is formal and informative. You speak with a recruiter and if you make it past this you meet with a supervisor. The overall process is easy and straightforward.
