The recruiter reached out to me 3 separate times, weeks apart over the past few months about this position, each time telling me that he wanted me to interview with the hiring manager and that he would schedule to move me along in the process. This never happened. Even after I'd followed up...crickets. So this review is less of a review of the interview (because it hasn't happened) and more about their hiring practice. I did not wait on the recruiter to schedule these interviews, I was just baffled at being contacted several times just for it to go nowhere. I kept thinking it was a slow no but a few weeks later I would get a call saying he wanted to put me in front of the hiring manager. So I'm just going to chalk this up to being a slow no or insight into the company's poor internal practices/communication...which I want no parts of anyway. But yeah I was initially really excited about the prospect and thought I was a good fit too bad I didn't get a chance to actually showcase my experience in an interview.
