I was contacted by the head of their HR for a thirty minute interview. Then I had an hour long interview with the hiring manager. The final one was with their Vice President for forty minutes and he was in a terrible mood from the start. The other two people were awesome.

Tell us a time when things didn’t go quite your way
Why did you wear a suit? I got berated by a Vice President wearing a t shirt sitting in his basement with wine bottles covering his desk (they don’t sell wine). The most unprofessional experience I have had interviewing. He seemed like he was hungover and disinterested.
