Waste of time, scheduled interview without asking expected compensation, after clearing all rounds received an offer letter which was way below the pay they're currently offering to their existing employees for the same role.
Then got a call again from the recruiter for the revision and after that, they never sent any revision. If you can't pay the same amount to the newcomer as per your existing employee, the new joiner will leave you soon. At least show some respect.
Why select a candidate if he/she already told the expected compensation in the final round with the director and that compensation is something you don't want to offer.
