This is the second time I apply for MC where the same person who should make the second interview don't show up, and it appeared that she was already out of country allegedly in business trip in August "the vacation season", I informed the recruiter who apologized and asked me to book another interview from the calendar, 2 days before the interview, she deleted it and fixed me another interview with somebody which I got to know that she is on the same level employee to what I'm applying for! Seriously? getting interviewed by a peer? who changed her tone when she discovered I'm highly qualified person, you figure the rest! 2 weeks after ghosting me I sent an email to the recruiter who replied same day with the same automated reply, that they found someone else who fits more! I sent emails to the recruiter to ask her for feedback but never got an answer! what she will say, your peer didn't like you? Very bad experience for the second time with this company!
