My interview was over the phone as I was an internal candidate. But we do in person interviews generally. Sometimes we require a follow up interview. The interview is fairly relaxed, as they tried to get to know me during the process, which I thought was smart. It is important to know that the candidate will be valuable as a teammate and as someone that takes care of your customers. The interview is thorough. Be sure to be prepared for situational questions, and know how your previous employment could help you at maurices.

It was good, easy interview and nice people to be around it seems. Very well prepared and thoughtful throughout the interview process and through out the offer stages. Took job and enjoyed it
Had a conversation with District Manager before actual interview. This conversation was informal but genuine, I knew she was getting to know me. After that had one more interview with her and another district manager.

Why Maurices? Tell me about your most recent staff hire from your current job.
It was quick and easy. Had two interviews before getting the job offer. They got both interviews in right away. I was able to ask them questions too and it felt more like a conversation.
