The interview process was pretty low-key and the manager was very personable. The biggest problem with this company is the higher ups and how much pressure they put on the managers. It is not a therapeutic environment... which you do not learn in the interview.

Entrevista
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
