Entrevista
I had previously worked for the company. i submitted my application and resume online and was called by my old District manager the next day. We set up a phone interview, and i also had to take several questionnaires online. I had a second phone interview with an HR manager. Overall the process took about 3 weeks.

Nothing too difficult. Most questions were "give me an example of a time" so being able to remember specific scenarios was helpful.

Entrevista
It was good, easy interview and nice people to be around it seems. Very well prepared and thoughtful throughout the interview process and through out the offer stages. Took job and enjoyed it
Had a conversation with District Manager before actual interview. This conversation was informal but genuine, I knew she was getting to know me. After that had one more interview with her and another district manager.

Why Maurices? Tell me about your most recent staff hire from your current job.
It was quick and easy. Had two interviews before getting the job offer. They got both interviews in right away. I was able to ask them questions too and it felt more like a conversation.
