I came into the store and spoke with the store manager who had me take a personality test about 80 questions or so. Afterwards we talked about pay. They were unable to match the amount i was making per hour at another retail store.

The interviewer asked questions about previous work experience, why I chose Maurice’s specifically to work for, and what my knowledge was of current women’s fashion trends. Overall all, it was a friendly and positive interview.
