The interview process took about a week. I just had a face to face interview and I had to create an outfit and described why I chose those articles of clothing. I was very nervous but the manager made the situation very calming. She just talked about the company, asked me a lot of questions and asked if I had any for her. She pretty much sold me on the company.

In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
