I had been interviewed at 2 different locations in 2 different manners. My first experience at the Alliance center was a fun, positive group interview that gave you great insight to what the company was like. My second one-on-one interview at the Lake Worth location was also insightful seeing the work environment I would be put in and the hiring manager was just as nice. Overall gave me the feeling of a very employee friendly workplace

Entrevista
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
