I submitted an online form to become part of the firm. I received an email the next morning to schedule an interview. The recruiter called on time. We spoke for about 30 minutes about the requirements and my background. It seems that we really hit it off and spoke to one another very candidly. The recruiter was very up front and informative about the company and answered all questions fully without beating around the bush. I like that in a company and a person.
