Interview process for this company is depend on your practical skill. If you are able to crack practical round then sure you can get Job offer. Most off joining process is depend on practical round.So before you come prepare for practical .

3 interview round were taken and at final interview HR said that We have to Work 3 months for free,after 3 month we will be paid less(increment after every 6 MONTHS).
Also we have to sign bond with company for 2 years,,,or Another option was given for internship program..
HR was not interested in hearing the answer.
