Exceptional hiring and interview process. From initial contact to offer, I was treated like royalty. The Ownership and management work hard to provide a very positive experience while introducing the company. It is evident that customer service and employee engagement are their top priority. There was a meet and greet, interviews, a tour, a luncheon, and shadowing. They also asked me to make a presentation which I was happy to do. They stress that they want it to be the right fit for both parties.

Both technical and behavioural based questions. Questions were very good and it was evident that they strive to get the right fit for their company and employees that will have a strong customer service focus. It is obvious that their customers are of high priority to them.
