first stage is application, followed by a doable online assessment, an assessment centre stage, and a career conversation. The process was quite rigorous compared to other companies i have interviewed for (including big 4), i think they have a unique method of assessing candidates. but from the perspective of a candidate, i felt like the assessment centre stage could have been planned and executed better.
