I interviewed via Teams for a marketing position. The process was smooth and fairly casual, with straightforward questions. The HR representative was very kind and easy to communicate with, which helped set a relaxed tone. However, I did feel that the overall energy of the interview was a bit disengaged on the department side. It seemed like there may not have been strong enthusiasm for the process, which made it a little hard to truly gauge the team's dynamic and culture. I did not proceed with the second interview for this reason. That said, the interview was well-organized and easy to schedule, and the questions focused on relevant experience.
