I applied for the role and was emailed to arrange a phone interview (I was given a specific date for this phone call) with a view to be interviewed in person. I waited in all day to receive the call on said date and never got one, I emailed the next day to ask if there was another suitable time they could call me, no reply. Pure lack of basic manners, it takes 2 seconds to inform someone you've found someone for the role/don't wish to interview them. Your time isn't so important that you can't be polite or apologetic for completely wasting someone's time.
