I setup an interview with Mr. McElroy and sat with him for about an hour as he explained what all they've worked on and what kind of projects they have newer engineers get acquainted with. I then sat with another engineer for another hour as he showed me some of the projects and designs he was was currently working on. They were very nice and informative. The work seemed very interesting. I felt good about the interview. Too bad they never responded. I sent a follow up email after about 2 months asking if I was still being considered for the position, and the response I received was " I have not made a decision at this point. Do you have any questions about the position?" Still have never heard back from them. Complete waste of my time.
