A fairly long video call interview with the HR person who was lovely. Lots of "tell me about a time when" questions. Was told that I'd be interviewing with the hiring manager. When the time for the interview came, the hiring manager was more in the background as surprise, surprise you're being interviewed by the president. The interview was awkward and disorganized. There was not much feedback or opportunity to have a conversation. Was told they had other candidates and then got the email saying I wasn't chosen.
