Had phone interview with recruiter then moved on to hiring manager interview. The hiring manager ghosted me. I reached out twice to no updates. I find it incredibly unprofessional specially when applying for leadership positions.

As expected - initial interview with HR via phone, then the hiring manager, then interviews with each team member and the stakeholders. These were individual interviews across a day's span, on site.
