Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Medix (New York, NY) em jan. de 2016
Entrevista
It's funny. When the interviewer thinks he's the smartest person in the room, the interview tends to go downhill from there. This is by far the most horrible interview processes I've ever been involved with. I am scratching my head at other posts saying it was easy. My interviewer grilled me for speaking up about the qualms of recruiting and then flat out said I wasn't right for the field. Pretty presumptuous and not to mention rude. I felt bullied and silenced. I think they were looking for someone who isn't in touch with reality and someone who can be bossed into changing their views to keep retention rates up.
Overall, they require you to work long hours for very mediocre pay and bad management. RUN!

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.

Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
