I applied online using my college's job posting board. The overall process felt easy and there was constant communication the entire time about where I was in the process. First was setting up initial phone screen (20-30 mins) with a corporate recruiter. Very next day I heard they wanted to do a 2 hour phone interview with me. This was with one of the senior members, and was very easy mainly behavioral focusing on how you treat people in a team dynamic both in the good times and the bad. After that was a 2 hour in office job shadow/interview. The whole process from start to finish took about a month. Overall, they do a great job making sure you're not waiting around to figure out if they want you to move on, which as a candidate I highly appreciated.
