The longest interview process... Very intense. 2 hours to meet with the team who does that? Way too long. Each round I felt interrogated the whole time. I was constantly hounded with very complex situational-based questions with no sort of transition in the conversation. It was awkward. It’s a tactic I get it, but not the way to get to know someone. One of the higher ups did not even pay attention in my interview was on his phone the whole time and did not care from the beginning. Then while he was on a power trip, gave me invalid, rude feedback that showed he did not know anything about me nor did he care to. Really shows their true colors. I’m glad I dodged a bullet. So many better opportunities out there! Don’t waste your time. I did. They look good on the surface, but only wanted an exact clone of their current team. It taught me a good lesson. Well received.
