Entrevista
I met with 3-4 Account managers and delivery leaders, it was overall laid back asked about my previous experience and what I wanted to do/ where I saw myself in 3-5 years. It lasted about an hour and then I was brought back later that week for a half day shadow session where I sat with other recruiters to get an idea of the day to day job responsibilities.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.

Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
