A 30 min phone call by hiring manager, then phone call with corporate, face to face with presentation.
My advise to anyone who is going through the interview process via recruiter (not employee referral) is to hire an interview coach.

Time consuming...three months to cover 3 interviews. Feedback takes time o/w great company, good benefits and delightful people. Might want to work with them in future. They are setting up a base in Pune india.
