I interviewed for 2 different Medtronic departments. The interviewers postponed the scheduled interviews at almost every round from both departments. They kept calling me for more in person interviews, and I had to follow up many times to get an answer from them. The interviewers took my time for granted and kept me on hold for 2 months. The interview process should be more professional.
