Did a video call with two hiring managers then was brought on campus for a couple panel interviews. The team was very welcoming and asked great questions about my background and some HR pre-set questions. Overall, the interview was moderately difficult but enjoyable.

Phone interview. Engineering manager interviewed me while he was driving( possibly California thing). He was asking questions but not listening to answers. His cell network went out of range once and that led to an interruption. Interview was easy but felt as if he was not interested. Never got a reply.

Structured approach, multidisciplinary. Starts with HR and took 3 more interviews. Confirmation of past experiences and how they relate to job duties to ensure fit. Candidate is informed of status throughout the process.
