The interview process was split in two intervals. One with the Team Leader and another with the Store Director. In the first interview the team leader takes you into the office and he or she asks you questions about yourself, where you previously worked. why did you want to work at Meijer, do you experience working in this department (don't worry you will be trained for it), when you are availability, and do you want to work the first, second, or third shift? Then he or she tells you about the company, benefits they offer, dress code, paying process which is every week, etc. In the second interview with the Store Director/ Manager is pretty much the same thing he or she asks you why do you want to work at Meijer, where do you see yourself in 5 years with Meijer, the background check and drug test process and at the very end you'll get a call on whether or not you have the job.
