It was an unbelievable and highly unprofessional experience. There was no guideline, instruction, or even basic information provided in the email regarding the interview arrangement. As a result, I had difficulty locating the manufacturer and ultimately had to ask a security guard for directions. Proper communication and clear instructions should have been provided in advance to ensure that candidates could arrive at the correct location without unnecessary confusion or inconvenience. This lack of organization created a poor impression of the interview process and reflected a lack of professionalism.
