This is my first glass door review !! This May help you to decide whether you should go to CSG or not. But i will suggest not to go It was very easy for me. No issue throughout the process but issue will come, once it will comes to salary discussion. They will not pay you more its a wastage of time to go in week days and at the end your hand will be empty because of salary negotiation. Even though you will have 6 Years of exp they will say you have only 4 years of exp because in first 2 years no one will be involved in pure coding so we will consider only 4 years and for this much of exp we will not pay more than this[some value ]. I suggest you not to go because even though i asked before only whether they will pay up to my expectation they told yes we will but later on they played a game of exp reduction.
