First round interview with local sales leader was fine. Second round was extremely unprofessional. The interviewee was in a car with his girlfriend. After the interview I didn't want them to call back, but they did and send me an offer. After being at the company I realized everybody was accepted no matter how good/how bad the interview went. They really don't have the luxury to be selective.
