Applied via college portal, selected for one-way video interview answering 8 questions, then on-site with team. Mostly behavioral questions asked (only one brain teaser question and only during vid interview). The final 3-hr interview was also behavioral/assessing if you'd be a good collaborator, but there was a 30-min Excel/PPT test that was easy but extremely inefficient with technical issues hindering completion. Everyone there was extremely nice but recruiter seemed in over their head with their role and fumbled logistics and emails a number of times. Received a call from one of the consultants who worked with recruiting a week after the final interview to learn I was not selected. Could've just sent an email to soften the blow, as the consultant didn't give any reason as to why I was not selected/gave false hope.

Had a HireVue interview which consisted of multiple video recordings, a few short answers, and then logic games. After that, you will receive an invitation to complete an hour and half zoom interview with 3 separate 30 minute interviews.
