Interview was set up via a contract firm. This was for a contract to perm position. There were 2 phone interviews and 1 face 2 face and 1 panel interview. Interviews were confirmed and then canceled on several occasions. The process went on over 3 months.

Applied thru indeed, got phone screen interview and two onsite interviews. A lot of behavioral questions.
