It was a panel interview with mostly behavioral questions on how you would handle different scenarios. Lasted about an hour or so. We also had a sample demand to complete within a few days.

phone interview first, then computer test, then in person interview. Drug test and extensive background check that took a long time to complete. They called my employer at the time and asked inappropriate questions such as my attendance, last review, etc.
